Donations & Refund Policy

1. Donations Are Final
All donations made to 2Wins are non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on contributions to support our programs and community initiatives.

 

2. Incorrect Donations & Refund Requests
If you believe you have made a donation in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of:
✔ Accidental duplicate donations
✔ Incorrect donation amount

 

3. Recurring Donations
If you have signed up for a recurring donation, you can modify or cancel it at any time by contacting us or through the donation platform.

 

4. Tax Deductibility
2Wins is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations may be tax-deductible. A receipt will be emailed upon donation.

 

5. Event & Sponsorship Donations

• Tickets for fundraising events are non-refundable unless an event is canceled.

• Sponsorships and in-kind donations are final unless otherwise stated in written agreements.
